Biography

Ruth Crews is an actress whose stage experience has been expanding since 2005.

Her familiarity with professional theatre began with Gertie in Oklahoma! at Theatre Bristol in Bristol, Tennessee in 2005.

Ruth plans to graduate in 2009 with a Master of Fine Arts in drama from the University of Georgia. She has recieved a Bachelor of Performing and Visual Arts from King College in Bristol, Tennessee in May 2006. During the summer of 2004, Ruth was a visiting student to Oxford where she studied Old English and Reniassance literature.

Ruth additionally took voice lessons and recieved opera training under Evelyn Thomas from 2002 to 2006 and Tomi Watkins from 1997 to 1999.
